If sleek, shiny business phones are your style, then you'll be pleased to know that Buy.com is selling the Nokia E51 quad-band candy bar phone for $259.99, or $249.99 with the Google Checkout discount (for new GCO customers only). Shipped of course.
Thanks to some screwup at Boingo Mobile, trial subscribers who signed up for a free month in March didn't get one. So now the folks over there are offering unlimited wi-fi for the month of April.
This probably doesn't qualify as an extremely hot deal, but Nokia's USA site is having a 20% off sale on all phone accessories and "special prices" on the N800, N81 2GB, and N810. Of course, that last one is a load of crock, 'cause the current prices on those devices are still retail on the site.
I honestly can't remember the last time NokiaUSA ran any kind of sale on its website, so enjoy it while it lasts. (sale ends March 31)
20% off all Nokia Accessories + Special Prices
Here's a sweet deal for those who have AT&T as their carrier: the Nokia 6126 GoPhone is on sale for $19.99.
Two things to note here: first, you probably won't be able to unlock it so it's pretty much only good for ATT customers only, and second, it's refurbished. In my previous experiences with refurbished GoPhones, they arrive in practically new condition - you just get a white box and no real accessories (just the charger).
Nokia's latest newsletter has 99.9% old news, minus this one little deal tidbit:
Dell currently has the Nokia N95 8GB version for $559. Pretty much the best deal around right now - compare this to eBay's current lowest Buy It Now price of around $615. Check PhoneMatchup for the lowest prices.
This Sunday, get a $100 T-Mobile prepaid airtime card AND a Nokia 2610 phone for $88 at your local Target store. Check page 6 of your local sales circular for more details.
If you're looking to transfer to AT&T, and you just want the damn SIM card, you're in luck: the company now offers plans without the junk phones and the junk two-year service agreement that usually comes with it.
A SIM-only plan means just that - you get the service, but no fat handset discount and definitely no handset. The advantage is that you can just sign up for a one-year agreement which normally cannot be done unless through the AT&T premier site (more on that below).
Buy.com is now selling the Nokia N810 internet tablet for the new price of $399 minus a 5% coupon - meaning your total comes out to $385, shipping included.
A pretty smoking deal considering the N810 has only been around for about 2 months, tops, and retails for $479.
The N810 is an "internet tablet" or a multifunctional device equipped with a touch-screen, GPS, and slide-out keyboard. It's designed for web browsing, but can do quite a lot more thanks to the OS (Internet Tablet OS, based on Linux) and the good amount of open source software out there. Definitely a cool device on paper, although I have yet to play with one.
First: Activate the Buy.com 5% coupon
Then browse to: Nokia N810 at Buy.com
Note! If you've never used Google Checkout before, you can also get an additional $10 off your order! You just have to pay by GCO to get the credit (and be a first time user).
