There’s been some sightings of a new phone in the wild: a Sidekick-ish slider branded with the mysterious “C0″ designation. Nokia uses zeroes to indicate prototype phones, and the C probably means it’s destined for the C-series line of medium-end phones. That hasn’t stopped people from calling it out as the elusive N9, a phone that’s been in the rumor mill without any real concrete info.

Mic problems are plaguing the N900.

The latest in the debacle that is the Nokia N900 launch (I STILL do not have mine yet, and it’s been almost 2 months) is a microphone issue that has cropped up on certain handsets. Doesn’t sound so bad at first, right?

Unfortunately, the problem prevents the phone from receiving any kind of audio, including voice calls. Which means…you basically can’t use your N900 as a phone. Drat the luck!

In case you haven’t heard, the N97 received a v20 update. The update added more kinetic scrolling, upgraded the Maps and Music Player applications, dropped in an older version of Nokia Messaging (10.1.0.13), and improved memory/battery life. Sounds good, right?
