This week’s wireless deal is a pair of Motorola S805 “DJ Style” Bluetooth headphones, for the grand total of $29.99 at Buy.com. With free shipping of course. While most BT headphones don’t fare too well in the looks department, the S805′s manage to get the job done well enough. Note that they’re new OEM in poly-bag. In another words, white-boxed or new product NOT in retail box.
These headphones support the A2DP (duh!) and AVRCP (not so duh) Bluetooth profiles. AVRCP allows you to control your music wirelessly, and the S805 has a jog dial that serves as a convenient track/volume changer.
Battery life is decent, with the S805 churning out up to 17 hours of play time on one charge. Interestingly, the headphones also includes a wired connection so you can plug them into your favorite (non-Bluetooth) music player. Not bad!
