In an ongoing series of eternal battles between Qualcomm and Nokia, the latter recently won three victories - one for each patent - over the former. ITC Judge Paul J. Luckern ruled that Nokia did not infringe on three of Qualcomm's patents (which were incidentally about 2G technology).

As far as most people know about the Bochum "episode," it involved Nokia, a factory, and a lot of angry workers. (and then Nokia opened up a plant in neighboring Romania) We've heard Nokia's side, who claims that Bochum's labor costs were too high to keep it operating.

Usually when Nokia tags the word "Classic" on the end of a model number, it's an immediate sign that you're looking at a candy bar phone that's not exactly destined for greatness. (see 2600 Classic, 6500 Classic, 3110 Classic for more)

But this time it's different. "Classic" phones don't come with cutting-edge features like 5 megapixel cameras (with Carl Zeiss optics, no less) and assisted GPS. What's going on here?
