Nokia Clone Devices Hitting New Lows
It’s nice to see that Nokia phone designs have made such an impact on the entire world that some lazy-arse Chinese manufacturers are now copying some familiar-looking phones for their PMP devices.
Behold, the Yahee YHM-MPE02 and Golden Crystal KI-T12, courtesy of Engadget:
Both the Yahee and Golden Crystal sport some tiny screens (Golden Crystal: 1.5″ display, Yahee: 2.2″), and other regular audio features (FM tuner, support for WMAs and…MP3s). But the real draws are the design. To which I say: of all the Nokia phones to rip, you picked the 7260, a Dinosaur Phone and in my book one of the worst-looking phones to ever grace the world.
I guess that makes the Yahee just that much more cutting-edge, with a rip of the 5200 XpressMusic phone. I mean, jeez guys. NokLa’s were bad enough.
Sadly, copycat designs aren’t just limited to the low-end products out there. Does the design of this 11 megapixel video camera ring any bells?
Manufactured by a company called Super Power Global, the DV-1100 provides not 1, not 2, but 12 functions for the price of 1:

It does look expensive though.

Totally ridiculous work by Chinese manufactures, i bought my Nokia 5800 originally from Nokia outlet and the next day i called my service provider for getting access for WLAN, guess what is the question the person asked me was that whether nokia 5800 is originally or chinese version. LOL
