Nokia sued by someone other than Qualcomm

May 2, 2007

Unknown company Michael S. Sutton Ltd. filed a complaint against Nokia, citing patent infringement for “data package technology.”

The company, which seems to be located in New Zealand, filed another complaint in the past, only to dismiss the case. Why they are going after Nokia again in unclear.

Unfortunately, I could not find one single bit of useful information regarding the company other than the previous lawsuit vs. Nokia.

Shares of Nokia rose 1.5% to $25.71.
