Everyone's Favorite Video Site Goes Mobile

That's right. YouTube is heading to your cell phone in June. Currently unnamed as of yet, the mobile site will contain 800 selected videos from the video site - at least initially. Eventually users will be able to access every video in the YouTube library.

The reason Google is launching the site way down the road is because of an exclusive agreement between the giganto search company and Verizon. In the agreement, Verizon users could watch certain clips from the YouTube library.

Actually, GigaOm is not the name of the youtube site. GigaOm is tech blog which reported the story.
