From 2/25 to 3/3, buy the the Noka 6030 and the $100 airtime card at Target (actual store, NOT online) for only $88. The phone package itself includes another $10 worth of airtime, so you end up getting $110 bucks of airtime for $88, AND a very dependable phone.

Or, if you so choose, you may return the phone package at a later date and get the $$ off the cost of the airtime card.

Bottom line on the phone is it's small, has a loudspeaker, supports mp3 ringtones (small ones though), and is dual-band. It also uses one of those weird USB connections. Not a whole lot of other features.
