The Amazing $310,000 Phone
An illuminating article from CNN shows off the Signature Cobra, Vertu’s latest limited edition super-high-end cell phone.
Much like Vertu’s other handsets which have slim feature-sets at best (they couldn’t even make them quad-band!), the Signature Cobra comes loaded with 2 diamonds (1 pear-cut and 1 round white), emerald eyes, and 439 rubies. All adding up to one of the nastiest, most expensive phones that I’ve ever laid eyes on.
Of course, if the Signature Cobra is a little out of your budget you might want to consider the Crystal Icing Sidekick. Featuring Swarovski crystals, the handsets are being pushed by celebs such as Paris Hilton and Kimberly Stewart. And the best thing (other than having a pink, brown, and beige phone) is the price: $250-$600, depending on the model.
